I searched for “Bethlehem Rap” and found the above image. I’ve been on the Internet long enough not to be surprised by furries, regardless of search query. In fact, there’s something charmingly quaint about an old-fashioned furry as opposed to an anime-style furry drawing. (Which reminds me: Have I ever told you guys about the time I found out one of my roommates drew furry anime drawings of me and posted them on her Web site? Yeah…)

Let me come to my point: In the modern era, finding a grown adult dressed in an elaborate wolfdeer costume, posing seductively, is humdrum; not worthy of any note. What draws my attention in this picture, however, is the background.

“Mischievous (but lovable!) youth dresses as a sexy woodland-hybrid on school picture day” sounds like the description of some twisted sitcom episode of the near future.
