Knock the Scene

A shocking discovery: While searching for House of Orange’s MySpace page, I learned that after months of disuse (maybe years, even), the page has vanished. That’s not so shocking, as the band never quite managed to find a following, and they broke up a while ago. What was shocking was that a new House of Orange Myspace page has sprung up - for an entirely different band.
What? Pretenders to the throne?
Sorry, Australian House of Orange, but there can be only one House of Orange, and you have never busted funk all over my face.
Okay, so this new House of Orange is actually sort of awesome, but they STOLE THEIR NAME! A crime most heinous! However, I have a compromise that I think will please everyone.
From now on, we’ll continue to call the funky Texas House of Orange, “House of Orange,” and we will no longer refer to the Australian House of Orange by that name, but rather call them, “Armen Tanzarian.”
There. That’s settled.
Update: Apparently there’s a band on MySpace called “Armen Tanzarian’s Reign of Terror.” I give up. Maybe bands were not meant to have unique names.
