So this is weird - I have started a new Tumblr page, but it’s one that has nothing to do with music. Rather, it is about the magnificently trashy reality show “The Tester.”
I’m not someone who enjoys many reality shows, even mockingly, but “The Tester” really is something special. Between the obvious scripting, the overly emotional contestants, the crass product placement within a show that is, itself, an advertisement, and the baffling “prize” that awaits the winner, an incredible sort of entertainment genius has been brought into the world, and I love it.
